The City Clerk’s office is responsible for maintaining official documents including ordinances, resolutions and meeting minutes. The office also provides administrative support functions such as coordinating City Council and Planning Commission agendas, preparing agenda packets and transcribing meeting minutes. For citizens, the City Clerk is the designated contact person for Public Records Requests and is available for notary service at no charge (please call ahead for this service). The City Clerk’s office is located at City Hall and available during normal office hours.

City Council Meeting Agendas & Minutes

Council meetings are on the 2nd & 4th Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. The agenda for City Council meetings is normally available on the Thursday afternoon prior to a council meeting. Minutes of the Clarkston City Council will be posted to this page after they have been approved by Council.
