The City of Clarkston’s Street Department takes pride in maintaining the City’s streets, keeping storm drains in good working order, ensuring the streets are properly signed and signs are visible, and keeping the rights-of-way clear of debris and overgrown vegetation. The City pays the electric bill for these lights and has the decision-making authority for determining where lights are located.
