Records Department
The Clarkston Police Records Department is responsible for the care and general management of department records, regardless of their physical location or format. The department is also responsible for the communications (telephone, teletype, paging, fax, computer systems, etc.) necessary to carry out police services.
The Records Department is often the first contact the public has with the Police Department. Through this department, citizens can request copies of case reports, accident reports, and statistical data, as well as request the return of property in Department custody.
We make every effort to answer questions and handle all requests. If we cannot help you, we will direct you to someone who can. Staff is available during normal City office hours.
